At 1Money, we are committed to delivering fast, reliable, and transparent money movement across fiat and digital asset rails. This Service Level Agreement outlines typical processing times for withdrawals initiated from your 1Money account.

Important: All timelines below represent standard processing targets, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on banking partners, blockchain conditions, compliance reviews, cut-off times, and receiving institutions.


Processing Principles

Before initiating a withdrawal, please note:

  • Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours
  • Transactions may be delayed if additional compliance review is required
  • Banking holidays and weekends can impact fiat settlement
  • Incorrect beneficiary details may result in rejection or return

Fiat Withdrawals

Delays can occur due to network congestion, validator backlog, smart contract checks, or security reviews. Large or unusual withdrawals may undergo additional risk screening.


Compliance & Security Reviews

For your protection and to meet regulatory obligations, certain withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if flagged for review.

Common triggers include:

  • First-time withdrawals
  • Large transaction sizes
  • Velocity changes
  • Sanctions screening
  • Suspicious activity alerts

Our team works to complete reviews as quickly as possible while maintaining platform safety.


Cut-off Times

Requests submitted after daily cut-offs will be processed the next business day.

Business days exclude:

  • Weekends
  • U.S. Federal holidays
  • Applicable international banking holidays

Status

You can monitor withdrawal progress directly from your dashboard or through the api: https://developer.1money.com/reference/retrieve_withdrawal

Statuses include:

  • Pending
  • Completed
  • Returned -- There will be a corresponding deposit order in the system with status reversed
  • Failed


Failed or Returned Withdrawals

A withdrawal may be returned if:

  • Beneficiary details are incorrect
  • The receiving bank rejects the payment
  • The account is closed or restricted
  • Compliance requirements are not met

Returned funds will be credited back to your 1Money account once received from the banking network (Fees may apply if funds get returned back to your account).
