Activate an additional virtual account when the customer is ready to use it again. The request checks that the bank account and receiving instructions are available before reactivating it.

Send the request without a body. On success, HTTP 200 returns status: ACTIVE. Use the returned networks to display the current payment details. Activating an already active account also succeeds.

Availability: Default accounts and pending creations cannot be activated through this endpoint. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

A change to ACTIVE sends a virtual_account.active webhook. Payments previously held for manual review still need that review after reactivation.

The account is subject to the monthly fee for any month in which it is active.
