Recipient RFI (Request for Information) - Respond when 1Money needs more information about a recipient, usually before approving it.
1Money may open an RFI case whose subject is a recipient, usually while the recipient is pending_review; a case can also be opened on a recipient that is already approved. It uses the same endpoints and submission rules as Transaction RFI. Three things differ: the case subject is a recipient (type RECIPIENT, no transaction_type), the webhook events are named rfi.recipient.*, and action_required appears on recipient responses instead of transaction responses. Recipient cases are opened by 1Money only; there is no proactive submission or requirement preview for recipients.
Start with the Recipient RFI Overview for the end-to-end flow (or, if you already handle transaction RFI, with what changes for recipients), and Recipient RFI Webhooks for event payloads. The endpoint pages List recipient RFI cases, Get a recipient RFI case, and Respond to a recipient RFI case show the recipient-specific parameters and examples; the full parameter tables and Try It console are on the shared Transaction RFI endpoint pages. The RFI outcome does not approve or reject the recipient; that still arrives as recipient.approved or recipient.rejected.
