** Sandbox Simulation Note **
If the withdrawal was created with a simulation suffix (e.g., 550e8400-e29b-41d4-a716-446655440000:FAILED), you must query with the full idempotency_key including the suffix.
Using only the UUID part without the suffix will return 404 Not Found.
