Create a new associated person for a Customer. Maximum 10 associated persons per customer.
KYB Status Restrictions
Creation is only allowed when KYB status is one of:

|---|---|
init | Initial state, customer data not yet complete |
pending_review | Data complete, queued for compliance review |
pending_response | Compliance requested additional information |
rejected | Application rejected, customer may update and resubmit |
Creation is NOT allowed (returns 400 error) when KYB status is:

Person Types
At least one person must have has_ownership: true (beneficial owner with ≥25% ownership) or has_control: true (executive officer).
