Programmatically signs the TOS agreement using the session token.
Sandbox/Testing Only: This endpoint is for automated testing. In production, users must sign the TOS by visiting the URL returned from Create TOS Session.
Response
Returns signed_agreement_id to be used when creating an application via POST /v1/individuals/applications.
