Bitcoin (BTC) Support

• Bitcoin network support. BITCOIN is now a supported network for deposit instructions. Each customer receives a default Bitcoin deposit address, and you can create additional BTC addresses via POST /deposit_instruction. Bitcoin is available on GET /deposit_instructions, POST /deposit_instruction, and POST create-crypto-deposit-address.
• BTC digital asset. BTC added to supported assets (AssetName).
